A Spero Health Patient Care Representative will send you all the information you need to connect with your provider or counselor which will include website links and meetings codes  for your first visit. If using a computer, you will need an application that can do video conferencing and has a web camera installed. Time for your appointment

At the time of your appointment, make sure you are in a comfortable and private area — a quiet place to avoid background noise.
